What happens at the Friends' Wednesday Club?

Come along to a pre-booked morning or afternoon slot each Wednesday and enjoy a variety of engaging activities based around musice, exercise, creativity and hobbies. Join in with the main activity of the day - or simply come along for a change of scene and a friendly chat! Fancy a new activity? We will do our best to make it happen. there's also a tasty lunch social as part of every meet up!

Your hub for dementia support

The club serves as a community focal point for information on living with dementia. We can arrange talks by professional on topics you request, such as:

Diet and nutrirtion
Technology

Friends' Wednesday Club is for families too

Family members or caregivers are welcome to join in too, or can take a little time to themselves. Whether you stay or leave you will be invited along to our monthly carer group, a supportive, informal and confidential space to relax.
