All information we collect is retained by the Friends of Insch Hospital and Community. This information is in relation to enquiries about the Friends, donations to the Friends and attendance at events organised by the Friends. Information is held as part of our financial records and is used to update our donors and supporters about how donations are used and about events organised by the Friends and partner organisations. No information about donors or supporters is shared with any other individual or organisation.

The information retained is the name, address, email address and phone number of individuals or companies which contact the Friends. This information is provided by the donor, supporter or event attendee and may also include information about a third party in relation to a donation or enquiry.

Any individual or organisation which prefers not to receive newsletters, updates and information about events and activities of the Friends of Insch Hospital and their partner organisations, or would like details of information held about them should contact us at info@friendsofinschhospital.org
